The House
Pemberley Place is a large 6,000SF house with a total of 4 bedrooms available, sleeping up to 13 adults.
Communal areas of the house include a large “Great Hall" for formal events, a formal dining room for catering or family dinners (seats 12), and a lounge (“The Lively Lamkin"), which includes a small unhosted bar. The back patio area (“Scotty's Court") features a smoking area and a small cauldron for cozy fires.
There is a large standard equipped kitchen. Rooms do not include prepared meals, but some continental breakfast food is available.
Room rental as part of our “BnB" program means you share the home with the owners and potentially other parties, as individual rooms are privately rented, or other types of events may be occurring on the premises.
Guest Access
The Hosts reserve their own quarters as off limits, but Guests may otherwise enjoy the premises, provided another private event is not occurring.
Interaction with Guests
The Hosts usually live on premises and are available to assist with local sight seeing suggestions and related attractions.
The Neighborhood
Pemberley Place is in a quiet residential neighborhood at the edge of town. It is situated on a hillside and surrounded by tall cottonwood and birch trees, with a commanding view of the forest. Right next door is a beautiful hiking trail area. Horse rides may also be arranged.
Getting Around
Pemberley Place is about a 10-15 minute drive to/from the airport. Simple directions are available upon booking. A rental car is recommended for transportation. Otherwise there is a bus route accessible with about a 10 minute walk.

The entire house is available to rent for large families and events. Inquire for pricing and availability.
